Gail Z. Martin is is the author of The Summoner: Book One in The Chronicles of The Necromancer. Book Two: The Blood King, is scheduled for release in February 2008 from Solaris Books.  Her nonfiction articles are frequently published in national and regional magazines. 

She owns DreamSpinner Communications, and is an adjunct professor at University of North Carolina--Charlotte.
